DUCT CLEANING
Our Duct Cleaning Services include:
Today's buildings are far more energy efficient then their predecessors. A negative side effect to this increased efficiency is that buildings don't "breathe." In fact, they're nearly "air tight." The indoor air is constantly being recycled. Ductwork is a breeding ground for mold, bacteria, fungi and viruses. It also collects dust mites, pollen, textile fibers, residue from chemicals and decaying organic matter. All of these lead to "sick building syndrome". Advantages of clean ductwork to business can be substantial. The NEMI (National Energy Management Institute) reports that, "Benefits of improved indoor air quality are so large that this opportunity cannot be ignored…"

BEFORE AFTER Back to Top
During your free evaluation, our trained staff will be looking for signs of microbial contamination in your system in addition to particulate contamination. Once the signs of microbial contamination are discovered, our staff will present you with a plan for cleaning of the entire duct system followed by sanitizing of the system. We use an EPA approved antimicrobial treatment that also falls under the standards of NADCA ACR 2006.
Have you ever had your HVAC systems cleaned? Do you think they need it? Are you trying to get the funds approved for duct cleaning at your facility? Let us have one of our trained technicians inspect your system. Our technician will select appropriate areas of your supply, return and exhaust ducts for inspection and recording. Upon completion of the inspection, our staff will provide you with a video copy that indicates the exact system and are being shown.
