AC COIL CLEANING

Cleaning both the condenser and evaporator coils is an extremely important part of maintaining your HVAC systems.  With the condenser most commonly placed onthe roof of your business, it is exposed to grease from the kitchen exhaust fans, cottonwood, and all sorts of physical pollution.  When this debris collects on your condenser coils it puts a strain on your HVAC equipment up to and including failure of some serious mechanical parts.  When you consider the cost of replacing just one compressor would cover the cost of cleaning that same HVAC unit for up to five years it’s easy to see the benefits of our semi-annual HVAC PM program.

What do you get with our program?

  • Our trained technicians will perform the service at the beginning and end of the cooling system.
  • Our scheduling is automatic. That means you don’t need to remember to make a call or schedule an appointment.  Our crew comes during normal business hours with out interrupting your staff or your customers.
  • We use a pressure washer and foaming chemical cleaner to clean both the evaporator and condenser coils.  This includes the splitting of stacked condenser coils if applicable.
  • We remove and wash the intake screen if your system is equipped with an economizer.
  • We will replace the drive belt and lubricate fan and motor bearings if applicable.
  • We clean the condensate pan and drain.
  • Photos can be taken before and after each job and provided at your request.
  • Our trained technicians provide a visual inspection and report any mechanical problems to the owner.
  • We can even dispatch a trusted service company at the owners request.

All of this combines to provide you with a well running HVAC system year round.

HVAC FILTER REPLACEMENT

Another important part of maintaining your HVAC systems is the filter replacement.  A filter that is “plugged” with debris can wreak havoc on your HVAC unit.  Without enough airflow across the evaporator coil, your AC system will begin to form ice on the coil and eventually block all airflow.  That means no cold air on those 90 degree days.  If you think that makes the customer uncomfortable, imagine how it feels to your kitchen staff!  During the heating season, a plugged coil can result in a minor issue such as the unit running longer to heat the space to a major equipment break down such as a damaged heat exchanger or blower motor.

Our HVAC Filter replacement program provides:

  • An automatic schedule based on your facilities needs

  • Trained staff familiar with your location

  • A visual inspection of your HVAC unit and an immediate report of any mechanical problems noted

  • We can even dispatch a trusted service company at the owners request

Air Maintenance provides our customers with a variety of filter schedules and types to fit their needs.  Contact one of our Sales Consultants to schedule a free evaluation and estimate.
