Air Maintenance, Inc. was established in 1979 by two ambitious men as a small start-up side business providing HVAC coil cleaning. By 1981 our company immerged as a full time initiative, and the services were expanded to include exhaust hood cleaning. Then, in 1992, AMI developed further to include duct cleaning in their realm of expertise and professional service.

Today AMI is a multi-million dollar company, offering a full complement of indoor air quality preventative maintenance services, geared to meet the needs of our commercial and industrial clients. Although AMI has long since "grown up", it remains family owned and operated with the same commitment to customer satisfaction and quality professional service.

We are certified members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and follow the strict cleaning standards and code of ethics set forth.
