General Description: Provide administrative and other support to sales staff of AMI and ASM to promote generation of new customers, maintenance of existing customers and increased sales.
Essential Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently provide research services with accurate and dependable leads for new sales.
Provide efficient schedules of commitment for sales staff with customer representatives possessing decision making power for both existing and new customers, based on agreed upon quotas.
Effectively and efficiently provide accurate and thorough proposals for sales staff to present in customer meetings for both prospective and existing customers.
Create and distribute effective marketing materials as discussed in sales meetings with staff.
Essential Skills:
Create an accurate database in ACT or equivalent software to track new sales leads and interaction.
Computer literate in programs, Microsoft office, Mas90 etc…
