Contract Maintenance Administration
General Description:
Administrative assistant for contracts,
communication and other support to the staff of AMI and ASM (a
mid-sized Wisconsin based company) to
promote generation of new customers, maintenance of existing customers
and increased sales.
Essential
Responsibilities:
-
Effectively and
efficiently manage existing customer sites and jobs within corporate
network.

Manage existing
customer pricing.
-
Create & manage
newly established customers sites and jobs, making them available for
scheduling with all necessary and pertinent information.
-
Work with
operations department to insure proper execution of jobs.
-
Effectively and
efficiently manage sales commission reporting.
-
Aid in the
planning and execution of company sponsored events.
-
Contacting
Vendors.
-
Assist in day
to day administrative duties for inside sales.
Essential
Skills:
-
Computer
literate in programs, Microsoft office, Mas90 etc…
-
Able to work in
an extremely fast paced environment
-
Industrial
knowledge helpful
